Adding Octocoin on Exchanges

Most exchanges have a voting page to list new cryptocurrencies to the market. Others will add a new currency when enough users request it using a contact page, support ticket, or a request submission form. In many cases the currency be added to the voting page prior to being listed.

The Octocoin Foundation has compiled a list of possible exchanges with instruction for submitting a request, or voting (if already requested).



Cryptopia

Cryptopia is a fairly new exchange and as a result still has a relatively low volume. However, the exchange has several integrated services that make it quite unique and has slowly been gaining popularity. Cryptopia has a both a free community and paid voting option. Octocion is already listed.

To vote for Octocoin using the free option visit https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Home/Voting and ensure you are signed into your account. Search for Octocoin using the search box in the column on the right side of the page (Community Voting).

YObit

YObit is a fairly new exchange and as a result still has a relatively low volume but is slowly gaining popularity. YObit is similar to Cryptsy where is won't de-list coins with low volume. YObit has no voting option and coins are added using a "AddCoin" request form. The success of having Octocoin listed in YObit's markets is dependent on how many submissions are received.

Bter is a well known high volume exchange that has been around since the dawn of crypto currency. Bter has a free voting option for requesting new listings in it's markets.
